Today, for dinner, I attempted a combination of two small ham steaks, brown sugar, two tablespoons of Coke, several sprinkles of powdered mustard, and a Crock Pot.

Josh The Pilot and I are now closing in on our second wedding annivesary, and we are marking the day with a very, very special joint dentist appointment.
I would like to find an excuse to change the dentist appointment. Cash, however, is limited, which means options are limited. Then again, some options are better left untaken: In my filing cabinet is a brochure for a romantic paddle down the Potomac in a kayak. The kayak is a two-seater, or as I prefer to call it, “The Divorce Express.”
